Sharing

Just a quick cute story from yesterday.
Emily and Jacob were playing outside when she asked me for a pop tart. I said yes and give the other one to Jacob. A few minutes later she came back and said Jacob had dropped his in the dirt. I said "Oh, no, that is terrible." She said "Yea, he tried to pick it up and eat it but I told him no it's dirty and I gave him some of mine." As she turned to go I said "that was so nice of you for sharing." She stopped and turned around with a very funny look on her face and said "well I didn't give him half." It was like don't get to excited mom I didn't give him much. She tells me all the time that she isn't a good sharer because she doesn't like to share, but she really is pretty good about sharing with Jacob. She will share with him more than she will share with me or Andy. She's got the teaching idea and is doing a great job.
