For our vacation this year we decided to go to Great Wolf during Homeschool Week. Yes, our vacation counted as school.
We started our vacation with a tour of the Billy Graham Library, we were to early to check into the hotel and it sounded like fun.
The kids had a great time. There are videos throughout and they give you a sheet of questions when you enter so it was a scavenger hunt times 6.
Then we checked into the hotel and spent the next 4 days learning at the workshops, swimming and playing magi-quest.
For those of you who don't know about Great Wolf Lodge it is a HUGE hotel with an indoor water park and Magi-quest. Magi-quest is through out the hotel and you run, I mean walk, from clue to clue with your magic wand.
4 days didn't sound like nearly long enough but believe me after 4 days of learning, swimming and 4 nights of Magi-quest it is enough.
Of course on the way home we had to make them earn their keep. They love to clean the windows and would do it every time we stop for gas if we would let them.
We are already saving to go again and we can't wait.
