Jacub had RSV as a baby and he gets a respiratory infection about every 3 months, his longest stretch without one has been 7 months and his shortest was 2 weeks in between.
We usually go to the doctor and pay $20 for the office visit then pay another $15 for the breathing treatment and if that doesn't work he has to take an antibiotic. They don't have any smaller masks at the docs.
My Sis-in-law was talking about her nebulizer and I thought Huh! so I called the doctor and asked if we could get one and do the treatments at home. Now we only have to pay $8 for the med each time he needs a breathing treatment. The down side is the insurance company keeps calling us to counsel us on his asthma that he doesn't have.
