This is our dog Daisy. 
Or at least she was until last August. We gave her away because she was killing our chickens. I tried to stop her but she climbed the fence, chewed through chicken wire, and dug in at every opportunity.
At her new home in the country she went out for a run one day and came home in the night like this. She was shot in the leg and foot by a shotgun. She had buckshot from her knee down to her toes.
The vets tried to save her leg but she had to have her leg removed. She is doing great now and still tries to kill my chickens when she visits. : )

She is doing great now and still tries to kill my chickens when she visits. : )Turns out one of the neighbors didn't like that she was running through their yard so they shot her. The police were called but they denied shooting her so they got off.
