Alicison seems to be fitting in great with us. There is always someone around that wants to hold her. She is sleeping about 6-7 hours most nights before waking for a bottle and smiling already. We went to see the Christmas lights at Hopelands Garden and I wore Alicison in a wrap. She was the warmest person there I bet.

December was busy. We were calling the mortgage company everyday to get the new home closed. This is a picture of the kids playing one day. They thought they looked so cute in toe socks.
Emily and Mommy went to the church Christmas party while Daddy, Alicison, and Jake stayed home. Jake was asleep and Alicison had been gone all day for a visit with her birth mother and was on overload.

We had tons of rain this month.

I love this picture. It was taken by my friend Jennifer, isn't it cool the only thing in focus in Lulu.

"Mom I just threw up on you" is how Lulu woke me up Christmas morning. She had the 24 hour stomach virus which she so generously passed on to me that day. Apparently we didn't get any pictures of the kids opening presents between the vomit and diarrhea. We did get a video but that's all. We closed on the new home and moved on Dec 29th. Yeah!!!!
