We're under CONTRACT !!!

UPDATE: We signed a contract and are hoping to close Sept 28 or sooner (the paperwork has been a mess and is taking a very long time). Our buyer backed out a few days after we signed our contract. We have relisted with a new great realtor and are hoping to sell or rent soon.

We are MOVING! We signed the contract today so if all goes well we will be closing early next month and moving.

Moving where you ask? Well, we currently have no idea.

We have found a place we all very much want and are hoping to go under contract with them this coming week but right now I am just a bundle of nerves waiting.

Oops: I forgot the kids and I were planning to visit TN the end of the month but since we will be moving we probably will not be visiting. :(
