Emily has always been my angel, my easy child.
She has grown so much in the last 5 years and changed into someone I actually have to watch or trouble will abound. It's so strange.
This is what happens when I talk on the phone for a few minutes to set up a play date.
Emily got the powder off of Jacob's changing table and dumped as much as she could get out of the bottle onto the floor then she and Jacob rolled in it. ???
But oh no cleaning up powder from the floor in one room wasn't enough so they tracked it into and dusted off in Emily's room.
That's Emily in timeout hiding behind the umbrella. I was afraid to have them clean it up (I was scared they would make a bigger mess). So I decided to fix them lunch and then while they were eating I could clean it up. WRONG!!!While I was fixing lunch Jacob got out the moon sand (an outside toy and it was raining and cold). I told him no put it back on the shelf and they were going to eat. The next thing I hear is "Mom, Jacob isn't helping me clean it up". He had dumped the entire bucket on the carpet in the living room to play with it. GRRRRR :( !!!
This picture doesn't do the mess justice. It was an entire 3.5 pound bucket of Moon Sand. The vacuum loved it. It clogged.

A couple of days ago when I got home from some Williston errands Andy mentioned in passing that he had to take the scissors away from them they were outside trying to cut the trampoline to pieces. :o

When I went out back today to pick up the backyard a little I realized he down played their plan. They had cut holes in the net around the trampoline before he caught them. GRRRR!!!
What has happened to my sweet, easy, choose the right child?
